Bruce, points for both majors and divisional are the same. Starting with 25 for 1st and working down. You are listing last year's points. Please go to web sites for details

I had, but all that is listed is a reference to major points and what they are and divisional points, with no reference. My mistake was just assuming, since it wasn't listed, it remained the same. Thanks for the correction.

Here is the Divisional path for Northern Pacific
2014 Northern Pacific (NorPac) Division Championship Rules (FINAL) 11/6/13 · All NorPac races in San Francisco, Oregon and Northwest Regions count for Divisional points, including Majors events. · All Majors/Runoffs eligible classes are included. · Drivers must hold an SCCA Competition license (Novice, Full, or Pro) prior to accruing points in the NorPac Division Championship. · Drivers must have at least 6 finishes over 4 weekends. · Best 7 race finishes shall be counted. · No Out-of-Division races will count towards NorPac Division Championship. · Points scheme to be used is the same as for the Majors, points are awarded down to 20th position for all Divisional championship races. Position Points Position Points 1st 25 11th 10 2nd 21 12th 9 3rd 18 13th 8 4th 17 14th 7 5th 16 15th 6 6th 15 16th 5 7th 14 17th 4 8th 13 18th 3 9th 12 19th 2 10th 11 20th 1 · All drivers in NorPac Regions of Record shall be automatically entered in the Division Championship standings. · Trophies will be provided from NorPac Division funding for initial 2014 year. Runoffs Qualifications: The SCCA Board of Directors has set 2 paths to the Runoffs in 2014. · Path 1 is via the Majors, · Path 2 is via Divisional racing. The Division path requires a minimum Divisional weekend participation of 4 events, and a driver must finish in the top 3 in class or top 5 in class for SRF and SM to receive a Runoffs invitation. In addition for 2014 only, the SCCA Board of Directors will allow drivers in the top 50% of their class in the Majors Western Conference (Northern Pacific and Southern Pacific) to be eligible for 2014 Runoffs invitations if space is available. Any driver who “dual qualifies”, that is via the Majors path and the Divisional path, will not displace a driver qualified via the Division path. The driver will earn their Divisional championship position, but the Runoffs slot will go to the next in points in Division.
For Southern Pacific
Southern Pacific Division Championship and Runoffs qualification for 2014 The SoPac Division of the SCCA is made up of the following Regions: Arizona, Arizona Border, Cal Club, Guam, Hawaii, Big Island of Hawaii, Las Vegas and San Diego. All licensed Club Racing drivers who are active SCCA members in the SoPac Division are eligible to earn points towards the SoPac Divisional Championship. There will be four (4) Division race weekends identified as Championship points weekends, each at a minimum being a double (races on both Saturday and Sunday). For 2014 there will be two (2) Cal Club weekends, One (1) each for the Arizona and San Diego Regions. The dates will be established and displayed on the 2014 SoPac Club Racing Schedule of Events approved by each Region and the SCCA. To be eligible for the Division Championship a driver must finish (enter and complete half of each race) a minimum of six (6 ) separate sanctioned races in a single class, with the best six (6) finishes counted for points in that class if participating in more than six (6) races. No out of Division races will be counted. The historical 1 through 9 point structure will be used by the Division. Position Points 1st 12 2nd 9 3rd 7 4th 6 5th 5 6th 4 7th 3 8th 2 9th 1 Ties in the Division Championship standings are resolved based on the drivers' record of first place finishes, then second place, the third, as needed. If two or more drivers have identical records they are tied for the position in the standings. At the end of the year Division Championship awards will be the responsibility of the driver's Region of Record. The top 3 finishers in each Division Championship Runoffs approved class will be eligible to attend the 2014 Runoffs, except for Spec Miata and Spec Racer Ford, which will take the top 5 positions. If a driver qualifies for the Runoffs by their finishing position in the Majors or by invitation as a Defending National Champion, the Divisional standings (for Runoffs qualifications only) will drop down to the next driver in points in that class. Divisional Championship awards will remain the top 3 in points in each class.

Thanks Bruce for the update. Just a reminder that the license program has been simplified for 2014 with only the novice and full comp licenses for club racing. In order to participate in the Majors and Runoffs you must hold a full competition or pro license. Virtually everyone except recent driving school grads, already hold a full license.
