Recently I sent in a suggestion to use rear view cameras in place of mirrors. The suggestion was denied, as expected. Any thoughts?

I would imagine that the technical issues and rule enforcement challenges are the main reason. Most backup camera resolution is poor compared to mirrors and while ok for slowly backing up, I'm not sure it's good enough for racing circumstances. We have enough examples of us not seeing things in our mirrors!
