Here are the email addresses to respond to. A simple "Yes, I am in favor of FST becoming a SCCA regional class will suffice with your membership number. No lengthy letters are needed. bod@scca.com and crb@scca.com

Be sure to review the rules and make sure they are what you want and that your cars are compliant. The rules will be nation wide and any changes will require the whole CRB process. Not sure who wrote this version.

Not sure who wrote this version. Brian, The basic rules were written by SCCA Hall of Fame inductee, Grant Reynolds ;D Bill "P.U.Y." Bonow

Thanks Bill. I mentioned this because the Spec Miata folks had some real issues when they tried to make their rules nationwide.

Brian,
One of the main reasons we wanted to go nation-wide with the rules was for the reason you just listed. We have been very lucky that to date there has only been one set of written FST rules that (more or less) everyone followed. In general, they have been the same from the begining with a few changes as the cars were developed. After 5 years of development/adjustment, the rules package is pretty solid/stable.
