Weather sounds terrible this year. Long way to go for that. Good luck to the west coast guys!

The weather was overcast and cold, but dry. No rain. We experienced the Runoff hell week, you might know, a week where anything can go bad and does. Ron had a cam lobe go bad, a frankenstein motor with no power, radio's that quit working, It seemed all that can go wrong we have had, but there was more, for the race the clutch master decided to go bad and brought the slave along for fun. The spin in turn 12 Canada Corner was caused by a broken rear arm. They pulled the car in the perfect angle to watch the race coming out of the corner. Tomorrow is Stanmore Townes turn. Dennis had the track record for a lap, until Nuby topped it and reclaimed it. You need to try the custard cream if you come out to Wisconsin.

We are home , just got in around 8:00 last night. When we left it was overcast, but dry with some sun. The morning was clear and warm, actually the best it has been all week. Could not see Stan's race, but those interested did. How did it go? We watched the C cars from T-5, great race. There sure were a lot of different rear wing configurations. It was fun, but not rewarding I guess it will have to wait for next year. We did get in a final dinner together to discuss the race, before everyone headed home a great group, Nuby, Mike Varasin and his girlfriend, Dennis and Donna, Ron, Ronnie, and me. One final note it was a great race won by an even greater guy Roger.

Stan was a clutch failure.
The races have been split up individually.
