It seems that SCCA erred when they said Nuby recorded the fastest time during the race, according to their own times they posted, Dennis ran a 2:41:061 not a 2:41:61. You can see he ran it on the 8th lap. Good Driving.

I wonder which one has the mistake. MyLaps is tied into the AIM timing and scoring system too.
Either way, congrats to both of them!

Im betting AIM is correct. SCCA flubs stuff all the time (see Laura's unbreakable track record at Thunderhill). Either way, awesome driving out of Dennis!

Please notice that the file Bruce is referencing is a excel file which most likely was produced manually and probably includes some human errors. Laura's record was prior to the AMB sorting and printing programs were used by SF region so human errors may have been the issue. Please refer to the GCR 5.10.4.B.1 regarding issues with published times. Back in the day, when we all used stopwatches, this was a very active area. Not so much today. If there is a difference between MYLAPS on a hand held device and the official T&S sheets the track data may be more reliable since our tracks are hardwired to receive info.
