There is a proposal for dry sump oiling systems for FV. Please be sure to write the crb@scca.com to offer your opinions.
While dry sump systems may enhance the survivability of some motors, the dry systems provide opportunities for hp improvements and cost increases.

I sent mine in. It was in opposition to the proposal. My reason is cost, no available room for the system and I don't see the necessity at this time for this or any other rule changes. I want to maintain some stability in the FV class.

After 45+ years running deep sumps, windage trays, pushrod tube extensions and having VERY LITTLE problems what ROCKET SCIENTIST proposed this for Formula Vee? SATAN??? CB Performance??
I may rejoin the club just to vote against it!
I am going to REJOIN! Just so I can start movements to add Wings, diffusers (I'm talking to YOU Gjermain!) and turbo chargers!

It seems common sense has finally prevailed. The dry sump proposal was rejected.
